Victor is a compact crape myrtle cultivar that grows to 3-5' tall.
It can be grown as an upright-rounded, deciduous shrub or pruned
to a tree form. Victor features terminal crepe-papery inflorescences
(6-9" long) of dark red flowers from mid to late summer, dark green
foliage which turns yellow-red in fall, and reddish-brown bark which
exfoliates with age. Flowers give way to round seed capsules which
often persist well into winter.
