Guaranteed for One Full Growing Season
DAS Farms guarantees our plants for one full growing season from the time of purchase, provided they are planted and cared for properly.
What Our Guarantee Covers
- Plants that fail to establish during the covered growing season despite reasonable planting and care.
- Plants that arrive in poor condition when reported promptly after delivery.
- Plant quality concerns that are not caused by neglect, improper planting, or outside events beyond our control.
What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover plant loss or damage caused by neglect, lack of watering, overwatering, improper planting, poor soil preparation, chemical exposure, mower or equipment damage, animal damage, extreme weather, flooding, drought, freeze damage, storms, or other acts of God.
How to Request Help
If you have a concern with a plant, please contact us with your order information and clear photos of the plant and planting area. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
