.We ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday only to avoid plants sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Plants are packaged carefully to insure they arrive in good condition. Ocasionaly a package is damaged in transit. If this occurs just let us know and we will have the shipper pick up the damaged package and we will ship you a replacement.
